The American Standard Coffee Co is proud to offer the Light Roast as the second of its two original roasts. Freshly air roasted on site with raw green coffee beans sourced from Brazil. 

These beans were roasted with espresso lover's in mind. Light roasted beans are generally considered to be the best when used in an espresso machine but we found these beans worked well in your standard drip coffee machine.

When brewed, these beans present a balanced cup with notes of sugarcane, caramel, chocolate and roasted nuts and finish with a mild acidity and a medium-heavy body that most people find enjoyable. 

Please note - buying this roast as whole beans is recommended for people who intend to brew espresso with their own grinder at home. The ground version of this coffee will have a ground size with standard drip coffee in mind.
